The Campaign Analytics Filtering feature in Whippy allows you to apply advanced filters to the analytics of your completed campaigns. This helps in segmenting your audience, analyzing specific behaviors, and gaining more granular insights based on customized criteria.

1. Go to Campaigns

Start by navigating to the Campaigns page in Whippy. Here, you'll find a list of all your ongoing and completed campaigns. You can access it directly through this link: https://app.whippy.co/campaigns

2. Select the Desired Completed Campaign

From the list, select the completed campaign you want to analyze and click on View Details. This will open the detailed analytics view for that campaign.

3. Click the "Add Filter" Button

In the analytics view, locate and click the Add Filter button. This button allows you to apply various filters to narrow down the data.

4. Select Advanced Filter

Choose the Advanced Filter option from the filter menu. This will provide more detailed filtering options for you to configure.

5. Configure the Advanced Filter

Once in the Advanced Filter settings, begin configuring the filter to match your analysis needs.

6. Select a Resource

Choose a Resource that you want to filter by. Resources could be aspects like:

  • Contact

  • Campaign Contact

  • Contact Message

7. Choose the Property

Select the Property of the resource you want to filter. Properties depend on the selected resource.

8. Set the Comparison Option

Define the Comparison Option (e.g., "is exactly," "contains," "does not contain") to determine how the property will be evaluated.

9. Define the Value

Enter the Value for the comparison. This is the specific data point or condition you are filtering for.

10. Add Additional Conditions (Optional)

If needed, you can add Additional Conditions to further refine your filter.

11. Select Logical Operator (AND/OR)

Choose a Logical Operator (AND/OR) to define how multiple conditions should be applied together. Use AND for stricter filtering or OR for broader filtering.

πŸ’‘Tip: You can add as many conditions as needed to search and analyze your data flexibly.
