Campaign Analytics

The Campaign Analytics feature in Whippy provides detailed insights into the performance of your completed campaigns. By analyzing metrics such as delivery rates, responses, and link clicks, you can assess the effectiveness of your campaigns and make informed decisions for future outreach.

1. Go to Your Campaigns Page

Begin by navigating to the Campaigns page in Whippy. You can access it directly through this link: https://app.whippy.co/campaigns

2. Select Completed Campaigns

From the Campaigns page, select Completed Campaigns to view a list of campaigns that have already been sent and completed.

3. Select the Desired Campaign

From the list of completed campaigns, select the campaign you want to analyze. Clicking on it will open the detailed analytics for that campaign.

4. View the Campaign Analytics Page

On the campaign analytics page, you will find several tabs that allow you to filter and view data according to different criteria. The available tabs include:

  • All Contacts: View all contacts involved in the campaign.

  • Delivered: See contacts who successfully received the message.

  • Not Delivered: View contacts who did not receive the message.

  • Responded: Track contacts who replied to the campaign.

  • Un-responded: View contacts who did not reply.

  • Link Clicked: See contacts who clicked on a link in the campaign message.

  • Link Not Clicked: View contacts who did not click the link.

  • Unsubscribed: Contacts who unsubscribed during the campaign.

5. Click the Not Delivered Tab (Example)

For example, by clicking on the Not Delivered tab, you can view a list of contacts who, for some reason, did not receive your campaign message.
