The Pause & Resume Campaign feature in Whippy allows you to temporarily halt a campaign that is sending messages in batches. This is useful when you need to make adjustments or stop a campaign temporarily for any reason. You can easily resume the campaign when you're ready.
1. Go to Campaigns
Start by navigating to the Campaigns page in Whippy. Here, you'll find a list of all your ongoing and completed campaigns. You can access it directly through this link: https://app.whippy.co/campaigns
2. Choose the Campaign with Batch Sending in Progress
From the list of campaigns, choose the one that has batch sending in progress. You can identify these campaigns by looking for active batch sending status.
3. Click on the Pause Button
Once you have selected the desired campaign, locate the Pause button near the top-right corner of the screen. Click the Pause button to temporarily stop the batch sending process.
💡 Keep in mind that pausing a campaign does not cancel it; it just temporarily halts the delivery process.
4. Resume the Campaign
To resume the campaign, simply click the Play button that appears in place of the pause button. This will restart the batch sending from where it was paused.
