The Quiet Hours Settings Support feature in Whippy allows you to pause sending campaign messages during specified quiet hours, ensuring that your recipients are not disturbed outside of preferred times.
1. Create Your Campaign
Start by creating your campaign in Whippy by following this link https://app.whippy.co/campaigns/create
2. Navigate to Schedule & Settings
After entering the basic information for your campaign, go to the Schedule & Settings section.
3. Click the Campaign Settings Toggle
In the Schedule & Settings section, find and click on the Campaign Settings toggle to expand additional options.
4. Enable Pause During Quiet Hours
Select the Pause sending during SMS Quiet Hours toggle to enable this feature for your campaign.
5. Save Your Preferences
Finally, click the Save button to save your settings and apply the quiet hours to your campaign.
