Filtering by conversation status helps you manage communication more efficiently. You can focus on active conversations, review automated interactions, or revisit closed threads as needed.


Key Concepts

Open Conversations: Active threads that require your attention or response.

Closed Conversations: Completed conversations that have been resolved and need no further action.

Automated Conversations: Conversations managed by Whippy’s automation tools, such as campaigns or auto-replies.

Inbox: The central workspace in Whippy where all your messages and conversation categories are listed.


Step-by-Step: Filter by Conversation Status

  1. Go to your Inbox.

    Click this link to open your Inbox directly.

  2. To view Open conversations, click Open in the left-hand menu.

    Displays all active conversations that require your attention.

  3. To view Automated conversations, click Automated in the left-hand menu.

    Shows all conversations handled by automation rules or campaigns.

  4. To view Closed conversations, click Closed in the left-hand menu.

    Lists all resolved conversations that no longer require action.

  • Regularly review Automated conversations to ensure workflows and auto-replies function correctly.

  • Keep your Open tab clear by closing conversations once resolved.
