Go to your Inbox.
Click this link to open your Inbox directly.
Click Assigned to Me in the left-hand menu.
This shows all conversations currently assigned to you.
Click Unassigned in the left-hand menu.
This displays all conversations not yet assigned to any user.
Select a conversation from the filtered list.
Open it to view details, respond, or assign it to a user.
