Why it matters

Emojis help convey tone and emotion in your messages, adding a personal touch to conversations. They can make responses feel friendlier and more human, especially in text-based communication.

Key Concepts

Message Editor: The text box at the bottom of a conversation where you compose messages.

Emoji Picker: A pop-up menu that allows you to browse and select emojis to include in your message.

Step-by-Step: Add Emojis to a Message

  1. Go to your Omnichannel Inbox.

Click this link to open it directly.

  2. Open the conversation where you want to send a message.

You can search for the conversation or scroll through the list.

  3. Click the emoji icon in the message editor.

This opens the emoji picker, showing all available emojis.

  4. Select your emojis.

Click on one or more emojis to add them to your message.

  5. Send your message.

Once you’ve finished composing your message, click Send to deliver it with your selected emojis.
