Step-by-Step: Create a Sequence Template
Go to Sequences from the left navigation.
Select My Templates from the side panel.
Click Create Template.
Enter the basic template details:
Title (required)
Description (optional)
Sequence type: Sequential or Branched
Access level: Personal or Organisation
Template usage: Use as-is or duplicate when applied
Click Next Step.
Configure template behavior settings:
Response behavior (continue or remove on reply)
Re-add rules
Frequency caps
Quiet hours, weekend rules, and business-hour sending
Link tracking and domain selection
Click Save Template to open the editor.
Add steps to the template in the Steps tab:
Choose message type (SMS, Email, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Voice AI)
Add content, schedule, and timezone
Chain additional steps as needed
Save each step, and continue building the full template.
The template is now ready for use.
Step-by-Step: Use a Sequence Template
Go to Sequences.
Click Create Sequence.
Select Browse templates in the modal.
Use filters to narrow by sequence type, channel, industry, use case, or event.
Select a template to preview its structure and steps.
Click Use Template.
A new sequence is created using the template’s configuration.
Edit steps or settings as needed in the Steps tab.
Turn the sequence on when ready to activate it.
Tips and Best Practices
Use templates for common sequences such as onboarding, follow-up, or reminders.
Keep template titles descriptive so teams can easily identify their purpose.
Only store templates that are complete and tested to avoid confusion.
