Why it matters
Quiet hours help you comply with communication guidelines and prevent sending messages outside acceptable time ranges. Enabling quiet hours protects recipient experience, reduces complaints, and ensures your campaign sends at appropriate times.

Campaign settings: The area within Schedule and Settings where you control quiet hours, weekend pauses, and business-hour restrictions.
Schedule and settings: Campaign configuration options that determine when messages send and which delivery rules apply.
