Scheduling campaigns helps you plan communication ahead of time and ensures messages reach contacts when they are most likely to engage. This reduces manual sending, improves consistency, and keeps your outbound communication aligned with business or regional timing requirements.

Key Concepts

Scheduled Campaign: A campaign configured to send automatically at a future date and time.

Schedule Message toggle: The control in the Schedule and Settings section that enables scheduling options.

Timezone: Determines when the scheduled message will send. Ensuring the correct timezone prevents early or late deliveries.

Scheduled tab: A list view that displays all campaigns with future scheduled send times.

Step-by-Step: Schedule a Campaign

  1. Open or create a campaign.

    Create a new campaign or open an existing one from the campaigns list.

  2. Go to Schedule and Settings.

    After completing the Basic info section, scroll to Schedule and settings and click Edit to configure scheduling.

  3. Enable scheduling.

    Toggle Schedule message on to activate date, time, and timezone fields.

  4. Select the send date.

    Choose the calendar date your message should be delivered.

  5. Select the send time.

    Enter the exact time the message should be sent.

  6. Choose the timezone.

    Select the timezone that aligns with your audience or business operations.

  7. Save your schedule.

    Click Save to apply your scheduling settings. The campaign is now set to send automatically at the chosen time.

Tips and Best Practices

  • Confirm all required campaign fields are complete before scheduling to avoid errors at send time.

  • Double check the timezone if your team or audience spans multiple regions.

  • Use scheduled sends to coordinate communication across different departments or workflows.

  • If you need to adjust a scheduled campaign, reopen the campaign and update the date, time, or timezone.
