Why it matters
If you belong to multiple organisations in Whippy, switching organisations ensures you are viewing the correct inbox, contacts, channels, and settings. Using the correct organisation prevents sending messages from the wrong account and helps keep work clearly separated.
Key Concepts
Organisation: A top-level account in Whippy that contains its own users, channels, inbox, contacts, and settings.
Active organisation: The organisation you are currently working in within the app.
Organisation switcher: The area of the app used to view and change your active organisation.
Step-by-Step: View Your Current Organisation
Open the Whippy mobile app.
Look at the app context at the top of the screen.
The app reflects the active organisation you are currently logged into.
All inbox items, contacts, campaigns, and settings shown belong to this organisation.
Step-by-Step: Change Organisation in the Mobile App
Open the Whippy mobile app.
Tap More in the bottom navigation bar.
Tap Organisations.
View the list of organisations you have access to.

Once switched:
The Inbox updates to show conversations for the new organisation.
Contacts, Campaigns, Sequences, and Forms update to the selected organisation.
Channels, Users, and Settings reflect the new organisation’s configuration.
What Changes When You Switch Organisations
When you change organisations, the following are updated automatically:
Inbox conversations and assignments
Available channels and phone numbers
Contacts, lists, and segments
Campaigns, sequences, forms, and reviews
Organisation-specific settings and permissions
Your login session remains active, but the data shown is fully scoped to the selected organisation.
