Why it matters

Reports give visibility into messaging and activity performance across your organisation. Mobile access allows you to quickly review key metrics and trends without needing to log in on desktop, helping you stay informed while on the move.

Key Concepts

Report: A summary view of activity and performance data within Whippy.

Messaging overview: A report that provides insight into messaging activity and volume.

View-only access: Mobile access that allows reviewing reports without editing or configuring them.

Step-by-Step: Access Reports on Mobile

  1. Open the Whippy mobile app.

  2. Tap More in the bottom navigation bar.

  3. Tap Reports.

Step-by-Step: View Available Reports

  1. Review the list of reports available to you.

  2. Tap a report to open it.

Depending on your organisation’s configuration and permissions, available reports may include:

  • Messaging overview reports

  • Other organisation-level reporting views

Step-by-Step: Review Report Details

  1. Once a report is open, review the displayed metrics and data.

  2. Scroll vertically to view additional sections or data points within the report.

  3. Use the report to understand overall activity, trends, or performance at a high level.

Report Behavior on Mobile

  • Reports in the mobile app are read-only.

  • You cannot create, customise, or export reports from the mobile app.

  • Filters and advanced configuration options may be limited compared to desktop.

  • All data shown is scoped to the currently selected organisation.

Tips and Best Practices

  • Use mobile reports for quick checks and high-level visibility.

  • Switch organisations before reviewing reports if you manage multiple organisations.

  • Use desktop reporting for detailed analysis, filtering, or exports.

  • Combine report insights with inbox activity to prioritise follow-ups.
