Troubleshooting
Issue | Possible Cause | Fix |
The report shows no campaign data | No campaigns were sent during the selected date range | Choose a broader date range |
A user does not appear in Campaigns by User | The user may not have sent campaigns during the selected period | Expand the date range or confirm which user sent the campaign |
Average Response Rate looks lower than expected | Recipients may not have replied, or the selected period may include campaigns with low engagement | Review a longer date range and compare performance by user |
Unsubscribe rate looks high | One or more campaigns may have generated more opt-outs than usual | Sort Campaigns by User by Avg Unsubscribe Rate and review the related campaign activity |
Exported data does not match what you expected | The selected date range may still be applied | Confirm the date range before exporting |
