Whippy makes it simple to request Google Reviews using automations. You can do more than just request them. You can also filter them!
Here's how it works: if someone rates you a 5, you can automatically send them a Google Review link. But if someone rates you a 2, you can ask for more feedback before providing a Google Review link. It's that easy!
For example:
When someone rates you 5 or 4:
When someone rates you 3 or lower:
Follow these instructions to set up a campaign to collect Google Reviews:
2. Click on Create Campaign
3. Name your campaign
4. Click on Save
5. Choose or upload your audience and click Save

6. Use the below template for the message
Hi {{first_name}}! Thanks for your recent visit/order. Please rate your experience between 1 - 5.
You can change the template however you want but keep "Please rate your experience between 1 - 5." in the message somewhere.
7. Click on Save
8. Under Automations, Click on Add Trigger
9. Click Keyword Trigger
10. Under Keywords, add 1, 2, and 3
Enter 1 and click Create "1"
Enter 2 and click Create "2"
Enter 3 and click Create "3"
11. For Keyword Match, leave it on Message Contains Keyword
12. Click on Next - Add Action
13. Use the below template for the message

14. Click on Save Keyword Automation
15. Once more, Click on Add Trigger
16. Click Keyword Trigger
17. Under Keywords, add 4 and 5
Enter 4 and click Create "4"
Enter 5 and click Create "5"
18. For Keyword Match, leave it on Message Contains Keyword
19. Click on Next - Add Action
20. Use the below template for the message
