You can respond to and have Whippy help with responding to your Google Reviews in Whippy via the Reviews tab.
Here are the steps to connect your Google Reviews to Whippy:
1. Click on the Settings icon in the top right hand corner
2. Click on General in the left hand column
3. Click on Connect GMB at the bottom of the page
4. Select whichever Gmail/Google email account you use to manage your Google My Business account
5. After logging in to your Gmail/Google email, go back to Whippy and the Reviews tab at the top of the page
6. If you see a Draft Response button or a response that you submitted to a review on the Reviews page, the connection is successful
You will now be able to respond to Google Reviews from the Reviews tab and have Whippy help with drafting a response
