If a contact requests to stop receiving text messages, you have the option to manually opt them out on Whippy. Alternatively, you can ask them to reply to your number with the word "STOP," and they will be automatically opted out of future messages.
To manually opt out a contact, follow these instructions:
1. Search or pick from the list the contact you would like to opt-out
You can use the search bar from the Contacts page to find the contact you want to opt-out.
2. Click on the Contact
Once you have found the contact that you want to opt-out, select that contact to open the contact side panel.
3. Click on Un-subscribe Contact
4. If you have multiple locations/numbers on Whippy, select the locations you want to opt the contact out of
5. Click on Yes, Un-subscribe
