How to edit message translation setting in Whippy

If you send a translated message to a contact, Whippy will automatically update the contact's language to the language you translated to. This allows Whippy to translate inbound messages from the contact automatically. To stop automatic inbound translation or to change it to a different language, follow these instructions:

You can search for the conversation using the search bar or scrolling through your conversations.

3. Click on the translate button on the right-hand-side of the conversation

4. Under Contact's Language, change the language to English

Change the Contact's Language to English to stop automatic inbound translation for that contact. Alternatively, you can also set it to another language.

5. Click on English

Choose English from the dropdown menu.

Click on English

6. Click on Save Language Settings

Click on Save Language Settings to confirm the settings.

Click on Save Language Settings
