If you are creating a campaign and would like the responses to be assigned to a particular user on your team, it's possible via Campaign Automations.
After completing Basic Info, Audience, and Message, go to Automations and follow these steps:
1. Click "Add Trigger"
2. Click "Response Trigger"
3. Click on the dropdown menu for Select Action Type
4. Click "Assign User"
5. Now choose the user that the conversations should be assigned to
6. Click "Save Trigger"
Done! You can now send your campaign and all responses will be assigned to the user that you set. π
