If you encounter an "undefined" error on your Net order form and are unable to retrieve shipping rates, follow these steps:
1. Identify the ID or class of the net form. In this case, the ID is #net-order-form. Remember, an ID starts with (#) while a class starts with (.).
2. Go to Settings > Advanced > Selectors and locate the Shipping Form Container Selector field. Add the selector for the net order form (#net-order-form) here.
3. Remember to save your changes.
4. Refresh your page and fill out the Net Order Form. The shipping rates should now populate correctly.
