Wholesale Pricing Now does not have any options to export the changes you have made to your store. Consequently, you will not be able to transfer your settings to another store. This functionality is not currently available, but we hope to add it in the near future.
As it stands, you may have to manually reconfigure your store settings if you decide to create another store.
