The Wholesale Pricing Now app uses customer tags to determine which customers should receive wholesale discounts. Because of this, the app does not support creating a discount group for customers who don’t have a tag.
If you’d like to apply a discount to all customers in your store, the recommended approach is to create a single tag and assign it to all customer accounts. This ensures that everyone is included in the discount group.
Workflow
To apply the discount to everyone:
In Shopify Admin, go to Customers.
Select all customers.
Click (...) → Add tags.
Add a tag (for example, Wholesale).
Go back to your WPN discount group and assign this tag.

Automating the process for new customers
You can also automate the tagging process for any new customer accounts, so they’re automatically added to your discount group moving forward.
