I did not receive a verification SMS message to my phone

This article describes what to do if you did not receive a verification SMS message to your phone.

This issue can appear in the following situations:

  • During onboarding, when you need to verify your phone number.

  • When SMS is set as your 2FA method and you are trying to initiate an operation that requires 2FA confirmation — such as a transaction, exchange, vault action, or similar.

Regardless of the reason or the device you are using — iOS, Android, or web — the troubleshooting steps are the same.

If the verification message did not arrive:

  • Wait 1 hour and try again. This measure is implemented for security reasons.

  • Make sure you have a stable phone connection or mobile signal.

  • Check that your device is not in airplane mode or Do Not Disturb mode.

  • Confirm that the phone number on your account is correct.

  • Check if your SMS inbox is full — a full inbox can block incoming messages.

  • Wait a couple of minutes, as messages can sometimes be delayed.
