This issue can appear in the following situations:
During onboarding, when you need to verify your phone number.
When SMS is set as your 2FA method and you are trying to initiate an operation that requires 2FA confirmation — such as a transaction, exchange, vault action, or similar.
Regardless of the reason or the device you are using — iOS, Android, or web — the troubleshooting steps are the same.
If the verification message did not arrive:
Wait 1 hour and try again. This measure is implemented for security reasons.
Make sure you have a stable phone connection or mobile signal.
Check that your device is not in airplane mode or Do Not Disturb mode.
Confirm that the phone number on your account is correct.
Check if your SMS inbox is full — a full inbox can block incoming messages.
Wait a couple of minutes, as messages can sometimes be delayed.
