I did not receive verification email

If your verification email hasn't arrived, here's how to track it down and get back to signing up

Written by Wickie Support Team

First, a note on t-mobile.de addresses

Emails from Wickie don't reliably reach t-mobile.de inboxes. If you signed up with a t-mobile.de address, please register again using a different provider — Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo Mail, or any other major email service will work.

If you're using a different provider and still don't see the email, work through this checklist:

1. Double-check the address you entered.

A single typo (a missing letter, ".con" instead of ".com") is the most common reason verification emails go missing.

2. Look beyond your inbox.

Check your Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders — verification emails often land there on the first send.

3. Give it a few minutes.

Email delivery can be delayed during busy periods. Wait 5–10 minutes before assuming it's lost.

4. Refresh, or log out and back in.

Some email clients only pull new messages on refresh or re-login.

5. Review your email filters and rules.

A filter you set up in the past may be auto-archiving or deleting messages from unknown senders.

6. Check your provider's status.

If your email service is having an outage, incoming mail can be delayed across the board.

7. Try a different email address.

Some providers — especially smaller or regional ones — silently block transactional emails. If nothing else works, sign up with a Gmail, Outlook, or Yahoo address instead.

Still stuck?

If you've worked through everything above and the email still hasn't arrived, reach out to us through live support in the Wickie app or on the Wickie web platform at wickie.io, or email support@wickie.io — we'll help you finish verification from our side.
