Managing Your Email & SMS Notifications

If you're getting too many emails or texts, here's how you can manage your notifications.

Step-by-Step: How to Manage Notifications

  1. Go to your Settings page.

  2. On the left side, you will see "Manage Notifications"

    • Scroll to see sections for Winible and each Creator you're subscribed to.

  3. Under each section, uncheck any type of Emails or SMS you no longer wish to receive:

    • Winible: Announcements, platform updates, sign-up alerts, etc.

    • Creators: Promotions, picks, welcome emails, etc.

  4. Hit "Save Changes"


What Each Option Means

For Winible:

  • Emails: Updates from Winible (platform changes, promotions, etc.)

  • SMS: Same as above, sent via text

  • You won’t receive creator-specific updates from this section.

For Creators:

  • Emails & SMS: These include pick recommendations, promotions, and welcome messages

  • The pick notifications is how sports content (analyses, multimedia, etc.) is delivered to you via creators

  • You can toggle these per creator, depending on who you're following

Both can be managed on your settings page.


A Few Things to Know

  • Turning off Winible notifications does not affect messages from creators — and vice versa.

  • You must manage notification settings per creator, especially if you're following multiple.

  • Pick notifications are different from promotional messages — you're in full control of both.
