How To Guide - Features:

  • Log-in Instructions:

    • 1) Go to Winible.com 2) Click Login (Top Right) 3) Log in using your phone number 4) Type in the 6-digit code that was texted to that phone number.

    • If your account only shows Customer features upon logging in, please visit Winible.com/onboarding to convert to a Creator account.

  • Overview Page:

    • The "Overview" page on Winible streamlines business management for handicappers by consolidating all of your essential creator functions into a single, user-friendly interface. This centralized hub provides a comprehensive snapshot of critical activities, including subscriber stats, financial growth, and other core business features. With the Overview Page, you can efficiently navigate and oversee your entire business ecosystem, promoting ease of use and empowering you to make informed decisions with a glance.

  • Your Store:

    • "Your Store" on Winible empowers you with a robust and entirely customizable platform, enabling you to craft a unique online storefront for selling your picks and highlighting your distinct strengths. With intuitive building tools, you can personalize your storefront to align with your unique brand, seamlessly integrating your point of differentiation into the overall design. Each section on this page is editable, aside from the “How It Works” explanation, which teaches your subscribers what they are purchasing when they subscribe through Winible. Once the page is ready for public eyes, you can copy a public link to this page and share it with your followers. We recommend putting your winible link in your social media bios and/or link sites.

  • My Picks:

    • “My Picks” is a personalized feed of all of the picks you have posted on Winible. For each pick, you can see what date you sent this pick to which plan. You can copy a shareable URL to a post, edit it, or delete it entirely. As you continue to post picks on Winible, this feed will fill up with content for your subscribers, new and old, to see.

  • Post a Pick:

    • “Post a Pick” is the most common function you will use as a creator on Winible. Once you have created your storefront and your subscription plans, you will begin to post picks. When you post a pick on Winible, you have the option to post a paid pick or a free pick, determining what actions a consumer must complete to view the pick. Once you have selected which plan this pick is for, it automatically appears on the Winible discovery feed and a notification is sent via SMS and/or email to all the subscribers on that plan.

      • Free Pick: When posting a free pick on Winible, you will first input the Title, Description, any Images/Videos, and then select the sport this pick covers. Next, you will check the “Subscribers” box and select your Free Plan. Upon sending this pick out, all of the subscribers on your free plan will receive SMS/email notifications and your pick will appear in the FREE tab on the discovery feed.

      • Paid Pick: When posting a paid pick on Winible, you have the option to send it to a paid subscription plan, charge a specific price for this individual pick, or both. First input the Title, Description, any Images/Videos, and then select the sport this pick covers. Next, you will select either the price for this pick, which of your paid plans to send it to, or both. When posting a paid pick, the Description and Images/Videos will be hidden behind the gated paywall until a consumer has paid for the content, or until the timer at the bottom of the pick unlocks the post for free. Remember, we auto-generate a ~48-hour window so that you do not need to change this timer if you are betting on a game that is today or tomorrow. If the game is further out, please adjust the timer to unlock after the game is complete.

  • Subscription Plans:

    • In “Subscription Plans'' every Winible creator starts with a free plan. We recommend that you have both a Free Plan (where you post 10% of your picks) and also create a Paid Plan (where you post 90% of your picks). When creating a new plan, you will create all of the public-facing branding that shows on your storefront including the Plan Name, Description, Plan Pricing, and Free Trials. We offer several features for incentivizing potential subscribers including Billing Variants, Free Trials, and Promo Codes.

    • Billing Variants: This feature allows you to set different subscription costs for various lengths of time. Billing variants help you to incentivize customers to purchase longer periods on your plan.

    • Free Trials: Winible currently offers 1, 3, and 7 Day Free Trials. By selecting this feature, you will grant every new subscriber an opportunity to test your picks for some time before being billed for the subscription. They will input their credit card information upon signing up.

    • Promo Codes: The Promo Code Generator allows you to generate numerous promo codes for an individual plan. By selecting the Code Name, the Percent Discount, and the Duration of the code, you are granting a specific subscription discount for a specified length of time. With the “Single Use” Duration, you are allowing the consumer to get a discount on their first purchase (Day, Week, Month, Quarter, Year), selecting from the billing variants you have available. You can also make the promo code limited by number of uses or unlimited, enabling you to create scarcity and drive up demand.

    • Edit Plan: When editing a subscription plan, you will be able to change all aspects of that plan. When changing the plan price, all current subscribers will be grandfathered into the price they were paying until they cancel the plan. You also have the ability to link your Discord server to the plan you are editing. Please view the Winible-Discord Integration Guide if you would like to learn more.

    • Archive Plan: Archiving a plan hides this specific plan from your public storefront. While no new subscribers will be able to pay for this plan, any current subscribers will continue to renew on your archived plan. Remember, if you archive a plan that still has paying subscribers on it you must continue to send them picks.

    • Delete Plan: You can delete a plan on Winible that has no current subscribers on it. If you would like to delete a plan that still has subscribers on it, reach out to the subscribers via their emails on the “Customers” page, recommend they transition to another plan, or offer them a Promo Code to try it. If you are having difficulty deleting a plan with subscribers on it, please reach out to Support@Winible.com.

  • Customers:

    • The "Customers" page on Winible provides you with a comprehensive overview of your customer base, offering detailed insights into each subscriber. This centralized hub empowers you to manage and understand your customer relationships more effectively, facilitating targeted communication and personalized engagement strategies. By offering a clear and organized view of customer details, the "Customers" page becomes an invaluable tool for you to optimize your offerings and enhance the overall user experience.

    • Active Subscribers: Total active subscribers, including both free and paid subs.

    • Monthly Paid Subscribers: The graph at the top of your “Customers” page grows as your monthly paid subscriber count increases.

    • Active Paying Subscribers: The total number of subscribers across all paid plans, including paying subscribers who are not going to renew.

    • Expiring Paying Subscribers: Total number of subscribers that have selected not to auto-renew their subscriptions at the end of this payment period. This is an opportunity for you to reach out to these subscribers via email or on social, offering them promo codes and other discounts before they churn.

    • Free Subscribers: Total number of subscribers on your Free Plan.

    • Customers: This is a log of all of the unique customers that have purchased anything from your storefront or subscribed.

  • Earnings:

    • The "Earnings" page on Winible serves as the financial management powerhouse for creators, offering you a comprehensive tool to track and analyze your earnings growth over time. You can access a detailed log of customer transactions, providing transparency into your revenue streams and aiding in strategic decision-making. Additionally, the "Earnings" page acts as the central hub for you to initiate cashouts, seamlessly transferring your earnings from Winible to your connected Stripe account for streamlined financial management.

    • Payout: Winible is partnered with a variety of payment processors, including Stripe to offer all payouts on the Winible Platform. After your account has been activated, you will be able to link your stripe account on the “Earnings” page to get paid. Creators can cash out of Winible every 5 days on a rolling basis. Winible takes 20% of all revenue and subscriptions purchased on the Winible platform unless discussed otherwise.

  • Customer View:

    • The "Customers" section on the left hand side navigation bar provides creators with a unique perspective, allowing you to step into the shoes of your subscribers. You can experience the platform from a subscriber's viewpoint, enabling you to seamlessly subscribe to other handicappers' picks, explore the dynamic Discovery Feed with over 60,000 active subscribers, and efficiently manage your own Winible purchases. This feature will enhance your understanding of the subscriber experience, fostering a more intuitive and user-centric approach to your handicapping services on Winible.

Stripe Payment Processor:

  • Set-Up Instructions:

  1. Create a Stripe Account: Visit the Stripe website (https://stripe.com) and sign up for an account. Provide the required information, including your email address and password.

  2. Verify Your Email: Check your email for a verification message from Stripe. Click on the verification link to confirm your email address and proceed.

  3. Access Your Stripe Dashboard: After verification, log in to your Stripe account. You will be directed to your dashboard, where you can manage your account and access various features.

  4. Complete Your Business Profile: Navigate to the "Business settings" section in your dashboard. Complete your business profile by providing details such as your business name, industry, address, and all other relevant information. Please fill in all of your business information or the account will freeze in one week. It's important that you input your Winible URL in the business website field.

  5. Set Up Payouts: In the "Payouts" section, configure how you want to receive funds. Link your bank account to enable seamless transfers. Stripe may require additional information for identity verification and we recommend that you provide all the information right away to avoid any issues.

  • Why Did My Stripe Account Freeze One Week In?

    • If your Stripe account was locked before earning substantial funds on it, this is likely due to an incomplete business profile on Stripe. Please complete all of the mandatory and non-mandatory fields on your Stripe Business Profile. If you have already done this, please contact Support@Winible.com.

  • Why Did My Stripe Account Freeze After Earning $1,000+?

    • As mentioned in the Winible Onboarding Demo, this is standard with our partnership with Stripe. Winible is the Merchant of Record with Stripe and their team is looking to ensure that you are one of our creators. You will respond to their email with this code: “I am a sports content creator, I sell sports content on the venture-backed platform Winible.” DO NOT - say anything about gambling, sports betting, DFS, Affiliate, etc. This will result in a much longer unlock process.

  • The Creator Concierge Phone Number is a dedicated support line provided by Winible, designed exclusively for your convenience. This specialized service allows creators associated with Winible, to reach out to our team via text for any queries, concerns, or customer support needs you may have.
