Open the asset options menu by clicking on the ellipsis button in the top right corner of any tile while in Grid or Masonry view, or in the rightmost column while in Grid view.

Share for Review:

Share your content out with the world! See our article on sharing content for more information.

Upload new version:

Allows you to upload a new version on top of the existing one. For more information on version control, see here.

Add to favorites:

Save this one for later! This asset will be placed in your favorites, which show up at the top of the bookmarks section of your Project Library. Note that this changes to 'Add to Bookmarks' when managing a folder.

Manage versions:

Open the version management interface. From here you can delete any version that you'd like to remove from Wipster. Note that deleting versions is permanent and cannot be undone.

Manage share links:

From here you can disable share links to prevent anyone from using them, or copy them to redistribute.

Rename:

Change the name of the asset. We adopt whatever file name was originally uploaded by default, but sometimes that needs to change.

Move:

Relocate the asset, along with all versions, comments, and the asset status, to another folder.

Copy:

Take a clean copy of the asset (with no comments) and place it in another folder. Note that the copy does not add to your storage usage.

Download:

Download either the original file or any of the proxies we've created.

Archive:

Move the asset into your archive for later. Note that this will still count against your storage usage.

Trash:

Move the file into your trash folder, where it will stay until it is permanently deleted by an admin or automatically removed after 30 days.
