A pending order typically occurs when you place an order by calling the office or if you are a WiseEye channel partner completing an order.
The first step is to sign in to your WiseEye account at https://wiseeyetech.com/my-account/ or by clicking the My Account button on the homepage.
After logging in, navigate to the Orders page from the menu on the left.
On the Orders page, you’ll see a list of your previous completed orders along with any pending orders. Under the Actionscolumn, you should see the buttons Pay, View, and Cancel. To pay for the pending order, click the Pay button.
Follow the steps through checkout to complete your order. Once your payment is processed, you’re all set!
