Common Time Inaccuracy Issue: One of the primary reasons for inaccuracies in displayed time information is often related to incorrect camera location settings within the system. When GPS is not available or is deactivated on your camera, manual adjustment of its location on the map within our system is crucial for ensuring accurate time data.

How to Manually Adjust Camera Location: Here's a step-by-step guide on how to manually adjust your camera's location in our system to enhance the accuracy of displayed time information:

Using the Mobile App:

  1. Open the camera page within the WiseEye Tech app.

  2. Locate the camera's position on the map.

  3. Tap and hold the camera's location on the map where you want to move it to.

Using the Website:

  1. Access the camera page on the WiseEye Tech website.

  2. Utilize the search bar at the top of the map to type in the desired location.

  3. Click and drag the camera icon to the correct location on the map.

By following these steps and ensuring that the camera's location in our system matches its physical location, you significantly enhance the accuracy of displayed time information. This ensures that the time information aligns precisely with the actual local time at the camera's position.
