How to Temporarily Suspend Cameras on Your HuntControl Account

Below are step by step instructions on how to temporarily suspend a portion of your cameras on your existing HuntControl Account.

This is for users who would like to temporarily suspend some (but not all) cameras on the account.

Step 1: Open HuntControl on your Mobile Device


Step 2: Click the “Person Logo” in the Top Right Corner


Step 3: Click on “My Profile”


Step 4: Click on “My Cameras” at the Bottom of the Screen


Step 5: Deselect Cameras you wish to Temporarily Pause

You will now see a list of all cameras on your account with check boxes for “Email notifications, “Push” notifications, and “Activate”. Deselect the “Activate” boxes for the camera/cameras you wish to temporarily pause.

Step 6: Log in to your Account to Change your Subscription

Log in to your WiseEye Tech account with the link. Log In


Note: You cannot change your subscription from the mobile app.

Step 7: Click On My Subscription

Once you are logged into your account, click on "Subscriptions" on the left side of the menu.


Step 8: Click "Details"

On the Subscription Manager screen, you’ll see an overview of your current plan.
Click “Details” to access all subscription controls.


Step 9: Change Number of Cameras

From the subscription details page, click “Change Number of Cameras.”
This option allows you to add or remove DataCam devices from your plan.


Step 10: Choose How many Cameras

Select the total number of cameras you will have on your HuntControl plan.

  • Click “Change Quantity”

  • You’ll be taken to the checkout page

Step 11: Complete Checkout

On the checkout page:

  • Review your current plan vs. updated plan

  • Verify pricing and details

  • Click “Confirm” to complete the downgrade
