How to Restart Your WiseEye Subscription for Seamless Cellular Service Resumption

  • For those users who “Paused” their subscription, restarting is a very simple process. The steps below will help you restart your cellular services for a Paused subscription.

    (Note: If you Cancelled your subscription instead of pausing, then you will need to create a new account and enter your camera information again to start your service.)

    Restarting Your Subscription

    Step 1: Log In to Your Account

    Log in to your WiseEye Tech account.
    Once logged in, click “Subscription” on the left-hand menu.

    Step 2: Open Subscription Details

    Click “Details” to access your subscription controls.

    Step 3: Resume Your Subscription

    Click “Resume Subscription” to reactivate your paused cellular service.

  • Additional Information

    • You may be prompted to update your payment method before the subscription can be resumed.

    • Service will resume immediately once the process is completed.
