For those users who “Paused” their subscription, restarting is a very simple process. The steps below will help you restart your cellular services for a Paused subscription.
(Note: If you Cancelled your subscription instead of pausing, then you will need to create a new account and enter your camera information again to start your service.)
Restarting Your Subscription
Step 1: Log In to Your Account
Log in to your WiseEye Tech account.
Once logged in, click “Subscription” on the left-hand menu.Step 2: Open Subscription Details
Click “Details” to access your subscription controls.
Step 3: Resume Your Subscription
Click “Resume Subscription” to reactivate your paused cellular service.
Additional Information
You may be prompted to update your payment method before the subscription can be resumed.
Service will resume immediately once the process is completed.
