How to Update Your Payment Method on WiseEye: A Step-by-Step Guide

Updating Your Payment Method:

  1. Log into Your WiseEye Account: Start by logging into your WiseEye account using your registered credentials. If you're not already logged in, you can login here.

  2. Navigate to Payment Methods: Once logged in, locate the Payment Methods management section. This is typically found in the menu on the left.

  3. Select "Add Payment Method": Within the Subscription settings, look for the "Add Payment Method" option. Click on it to initiate the process of modifying your payment details.

  4. Enter New Payment Information: Input the new details of your updated payment method. This may include card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing address. You may also want to select the "Update the Payment Method used for all of my active subscriptions. (optional)" check box to use your new payment method for future subscription payments.

  5. Save Changes: Once you've entered the new information, look for a "Add Payment Method". Click to confirm and update your payment details.

  6. Payment Method Updated: Your payment method is now successfully updated. Ensure that you receive a confirmation message or notification indicating the change. You may now delete the old payment method if you wish and/or make your new payment method the default payment method.
