How to Update Your Payment Method on WiseEye: A Step-by-Step Guide

Updating Your Payment Method:

  1. Log into Your WiseEye Account: Start by logging into your WiseEye account using your registered credentials. If you're not already logged in, you can login here.

  2. Navigate to Subscriptions: Once logged in, locate the "Subscriptions" management section. This is typically found in the menu on the left.

  3. Select "Details": Within the Subscription Manager, look for the "Details" option. Click on it to enter the subscription details section.

  4. Locate Change Payment Method: Within subscription details you will see "Change Payment Method" towards the bottom of the page. Click it to enter into the payment information screen

  5. Enter New Payment: Once you've entered the new information, look for a "Update Payment Method". Click to confirm and update your payment details.

  6. Payment Method Updated: Your payment method is now successfully updated. Ensure that you receive a confirmation message or notification indicating the change. You may now delete the old payment method if you wish and/or make your new payment method the default payment method.
