How to Restart Your WiseEye Subscription for Seamless Cellular Service Resumption

For those users who “Paused” their subscription, restarting is a very simple process. The steps below will help you restart your cellular services for a Paused subscription.

(Note: If you Cancelled your subscription instead of pausing, then you will need to create a new account and enter your camera information again to start your service.)

Restarting Your Subscription

  • Log into your WiseEye Account: Login

  • Click My Subscription on the left side of the menu

  • Click Reactivate

Click Here if you want to add more cameras to your subscription.
