Using Work Timers
Updated over 2 months ago

The Work Timer feature in the HuntControl app allows you to set precise operating times for your Wise Eye trail cameras. Your camera will function according to the schedule you establish. Outside of the times set, in the work timers, the camera will not capture or send any pictures or vides and it will not respond to remote control commands.

When setting your Work Timer, you’ll find two timers available. The two timers allow you to fine tune the operational window to your unique needs. The timer can not go past midnight, please see the examples below for more information.

Example 1:

One work timer from the start of legal shooting hours to the end of legal shooting hours.

  • Just set one work timer from 7:00AM to 7:00PM and the camera will operate only during that time.

Example 2:

You want the camera to not operate from 1:00PM to 5:00PM

  • Set Work Timer 1 to 00:00 to 1:00PM

  • Set Work Timer 2 to 5:00PM to 11:59PM

Notice you cannot have one timer that goes past midnight, which is why the example above uses both work timers.
