1. What are Order Settings on the Thank You Page?
The Order Settings feature in Wiser allows merchants to decide how upsell products purchased through the Thank You Page or Order Status Page are processed in Shopify.
Merchants can choose whether the upsell products should be added to the customer's existing order or placed as a new order.
2. Where can I find Order Settings in Wiser?
To access Order Settings:
Open the Wiser – Smart Product Recommendations app.
Navigate to the Thank You Page customization section.
Locate Order settings in the left-hand panel.
Click to expand the section.
Select your preferred option from the dropdown menu.
Click Save to apply your changes.
3. What options are available under Order Settings?
There are two order-processing options:
Add to Existing Order: Upsell products are added to the customer's original order.
Create a New Order: Upsell products are processed as a separate order.
