You can display product recommendations on your Shopify Thank You page or Order Status page to encourage customers to discover more products after completing a purchase.
Follow the steps below to create and customize your recommendation widget.
Step 1: Open Recommendations
Open the Wiser app in your Shopify admin.
From the left-hand panel, click Recommendations, Locate Checkout Extension
Click Customize.
Step 2: Create a New Widget
Click Create New.
Select the page where you want to display the widget:
Thank You Page
Order Status Page
Select the recommendation type you want to use.
Available Recommendation Types
Choose the recommendation type that best suits your store's needs.

Note: If you select Manual Recommendations, make sure you configure the products you want to display in the Manual Recommendation section.
Step 3: Customize the Product Layout
Choose Grid Layout or Slider Layout, then configure the number of products and products per row. Customize the product image, title, price, compare price, quantity, variants, description, text, and button settings as needed. Review the Order Settings section and save your changes.
Step 4: Add the Widget to Your Shopify Checkout Page
Mandatory Step
Copy the Widget ID from Wiser.
Open the Shopify Theme Editor.
Navigate to the Thank You Page or Order Status Page where you want to display the widget.
Add the Wiser widget block and paste the copied Widget ID into the appropriate field.
Click Save to apply your changes.
Important: You must paste the Widget ID into the Shopify Theme Editor for the recommendation widget to display on your selected page.
