Viewing Member Feedback

Visit the Advanced > Testimonials tab to see why members join. This section includes graphic social media assets of all the kind words from your members, giving you insights into what aspects of your membership program are most valued.

To gain an understanding of why members cancel, visit the Reports tab on the Withfriends app and scroll down to Cancellation Reasons. This information is crucial for iterating and improving your membership program.

Support Options

At Withfriends, we prioritize ensuring a good experience for all of our members. To make this possible, we offer two options for handling membership related support requests.

OPTION 1: Forward Requests to Withfriends Support

If you prefer, you can forward all membership support requests to our dedicated support team at support@withfriends.co. This allows us to keep a tight loop on all member interactions and continue to improve our product. It also saves you time from having to handle these requests on your own. We will cc you in our response as we handle the request, keeping you informed every step of the way.

OPTION 2: Handle Requests In-House

Alternatively, you can choose to handle member requests in-house. We've provided a helpful guide below to assist you in effectively managing your members.
