Is the "Custom Audience" tab in your Witly account not loading? No problem! You can quickly fix this by reviewing and accepting Facebook's Custom Audience Terms of Service (TOS).

Create a Test Custom Audience + Accept TOS
In order to populate + agree to Facebook's Custom Audience TOS, you must create a test audience.
***Please note that you do not have to publish this audience.***
In a new tab or window, open https://business.facebook.com/
On the left side of your screen, make sure your business manager is selected.
If it is not, select your profile icon on the left side. This will pull up your business managers.
Select the business manager you will be running ads from.
On the left side navigation menu, select "Audiences"
Select "Create a Custom Audience"
Select "Customer List", then select "Next"
On the following page, "Prepare your customer list", select "Next" again.
Download the Sample / Test CSV at the bottom of this article
This file contains 1 test contact (Witly Support) and is simply for the purpose of populating Facebook's Custom Audience Terms and Conditions.
In Facebook, select "Upload File". From here, you can select the test CSV downloaded in step 7.
After adding your test CSV, a box will populate saying "By checking this box, you agree to accept the Custom audiences terms". Check this off as pictured below to agree to FB's Custom Audience TOS.
Select "Next".
Refresh Your Witly Browser
Congrats on accepting FB's Custom Audience Terms of Service!
If you have already connected your Facebook to Witly, make sure to refresh your Witly browser 1-2 times to pull in your newly updated data.
