PLEASE NOTE: Unless you have written permission from the video creator, you are not permitted to download and insert YouTube videos in an eAcademy course. Instead, you are permitted to add the YouTube video to your course using Insert Content from the rich text editor toolbar. Make sure to list the video's title and the creator's name above the video to provide proper attribution. The video will appear to be embedded in your course; following these steps will not violate copyright laws.

From the Schoology home page, click RESOURCES from the top menu bar.

From the left menu, click Apps.

Click Install Apps.

Click I Agree at the bottom of the consent message.

Check the box next to YouTube and then click Install.

You may need to log into your WIU Google account before proceeding further. Check the box next to I’m not a robot and then click Approve.
