1. Accessing the Tab
The “Collection volume” sub-tab is available under the “Statistics” tab.
You can access it either by:
1) Clicking on the “Collection volume” sub-tab
2) Or by clicking on the “Collection volume” widget within the “My Summary” sub-tab
2. Analyzing the Data
Within the “Collection volume” tab, you will find various data points:
1) Widget – Global collection volume over the selected period
2) Widget – Email and/or SMS solicitation performance: This percentage corresponds to the response rate during the selected period (number of respondents who answered at least one question / number of emails or SMS messages successfully delivered).
3) Graph – Collection volume trend over the period: By hovering over the graph, you can view the number of reviews collected per channel. (Depending on the selected time frame, the graph will display evolution by year, month, week, or day.)
4) Graph – Performance trends for email solicitation (and SMS, if your setup includes it):
This graph allows you to analyze solicitation performance by type of solicitation and selected rate:Solicitation Type (1):
Initial: First survey sent
Reminder: Reminder email in case of no response to the first request
Overall: Initial + Reminder
Performance Rates to Analyze (2):
Email delivery rate: Number of emails successfully delivered / total number of emails sent
Open rate: Number of recipients who opened the email / number of emails delivered
Reactivity rate: Number of recipients who clicked the email / number who opened it
Click-through rate: Number of recipients who clicked the email / number of emails delivered
Response rate: Number of respondents who answered at least one question / number of emails delivered
Unsubscribe rate: Number of recipients who unsubscribed from surveys / total number of emails sent
If your setup includes SMS, you will also be able to view SMS request performance.
5) Table - Ranking of locations by review volume (with evolution)
- > The ranking is sorted by default based on the overall number of reviews collected.
You can choose to sort by a specific source by clicking on the source name in the header.
