Processing sub-tab

💻 Accessing the Tab

The “Processing” sub-tab is available under the “Statistics” tab.

You can access it either by:

  • 1) Clicking directly on the “Processing” sub-tab,

  • 2) Or by clicking on the “Processing Time” widget within the “My Summary” sub-tab.

🔍 Analyzing the Data

From the “Processing” tab, you’ll have access to several data points:

  • 1) Widget – Processing Time: Displays the average processing time for reviews created during the selected period.
Only handled negative reviews are included in this calculation. Unprocessed reviews are excluded.

  • 2) Widget – Percentage of processed Reviews: Shows the percentage of reviews created during the period that have been processed.
Processed reviews include those handled via email response, call report, manual closure, or archiving.

  • 3) Chart – Progression - Processing Time: By hovering over the chart, you can view details such as the average processing time, the number of processed reviews, and the change compared to the previous period.
Note 1: Depending on the selected period, the trend will be displayed by year, month, week, or day.
Note 2: The evolution is calculated according to the selected frequency (e.g., vs M-1 for a month, vs N-1 for a year, etc.).

  • 4) Table – Store Ranking – Processing Time: This table lists processing times by location, the percentage and number of processed reviews for the analyzed period. You’ll also find the number of pending reviews and the date of the oldest unprocessed notice.

On your multi-campaign statistics:

  • A global multi-campaign processing time appears above the per-campaign data.

  • The consolidated indicator outputs remain the same: review distribution, time-based trends, and store ranking.

  • If a store belongs to several campaigns, its processing time is also aggregated in the ranking.

  • To analyze the NPS of a single campaign, simply select the corresponding row in the “Processing Time by Campaign” table or choose the campaign using the dedicated button.
