Some Google reviews are occasionally updated by their authors.
In such cases, the previously submitted comment and rating are replaced.
1. How to Identify Them?
Updated reviews can be identified by the "clock" icon next to the time/date of the review in the review feed:

: Updated review
By hovering over this icon, you can view the details of the update.
2. How to Handle Them?
In these situations, a response may have already been posted for the original review. That response will still appear on the platform.
No worries — this response can be edited to match the updated review.
To do this, simply click the “Answer” button, then modify the existing response text. Once you've made your changes, confirm by clicking “Edit and send.”
The response will then be automatically updated on Google.
