In certain jurisdictions, Weedmaps connects with third-party payment processors who are the service providers to our mutual client (the retailer), and the third-party payment processor allows you to pay for your order. Because of our role as a mere channel for payment technology, we aren't able to provide refunds on the retailer's behalf.
If there's an issue with your order, please contact the retailer directly. If you’re having trouble getting in touch with the retailer you ordered from, we can assist you.
