1. Cryptocurrency Withdrawals

After we have processed a cryptocurrency withdrawal, the transaction must be confirmed on the blockchain. The time required for confirmation varies depending on the specific cryptocurrency and the number of confirmations needed by the network.

What Are Confirmations?

A confirmation is a step in the blockchain verification process. Each confirmation proves that the transaction is valid and securely added to the blockchain.

Different wallets and exchanges require different numbers of confirmations.

  • Bitcoin often requires only one confirmation.

  • Many other coins or wallet providers may require three or more.

Why You May Not Have Received Your Withdrawal Yet

Several factors can delay a cryptocurrency withdrawal, including:

  • Network congestion (busy blockchain)

  • Wallet provider requiring additional confirmations

  • Issues with the wallet address provided

We strongly recommend checking your wallet’s transaction history to confirm:

  • The correct receiving address was used

  • The transaction appears on the blockchain with the provided TX Hash (transaction ID)

What to Do Next

If the transaction shows as sent on our end but is not appearing correctly in your wallet, please contact your wallet provider.

They are best equipped to assist with:

  • Missing incoming transactions

  • Address issues

  • Network confirmation delays

Be sure to provide them with:

  • The receiving address

  • The TX Hash of the transaction

2. FIAT Withdrawals

Once a FIAT withdrawal has been processed on our end, the transfer must be handled by external banking or payment institutions. The time it takes to receive your funds depends on the method you selected and the policies of your bank or provider.

Common Processing Times

Typical timelines may vary:

  • Bank transfers: 1–5 business days

  • Credit/debit cards: Up to 7 business days

  • E-wallets: Usually instant, but sometimes up to 24 hours

Please keep in mind that weekends, holidays, and bank-specific checks may extend these timelines.

If You Haven’t Received Your FIAT Withdrawal

A delay can occur due to:

  • Bank processing times

  • Additional verification by your bank

  • Incorrect or incomplete payment details

  • Public holidays or non-business days

We recommend checking:

  • Whether your bank has posted any pending transactions

  • That the payment details you provided are accurate

  • Whether the withdrawal method supports incoming transfers in your region

If everything looks correct, you may contact your bank or payment provider directly, as they can access detailed information about incoming transfers.

3. General Withdrawal Information

Regardless of whether you are withdrawing Crypto or FIAT, all withdrawals follow a verification and processing flow to ensure security and regulatory compliance.

General Reasons for Withdrawal Delays

  • Ongoing security or account verification checks

  • Incorrect payment details

  • Network issues (for crypto)

  • Bank/provider delays (for FIAT)

  • High-volume processing periods

What You Should Always Check

Before reaching out for support, make sure to verify:

  • Your account email is verified

  • The withdrawal method is supported in your region

  • The transaction appears as “processed” on your Wolf.io account

  • The receiving address / bank details were entered correctly
