Why Historical Data is Your Strategic Roadmap
The Historical Inventory Report allows you to look back at your "On-Lot" and "In-Transit" counts from any prior date. By analyzing which body types turned the fastest during specific seasons, you can make smarter, data-driven ordering decisions. Use this report to compare your inventory during specific times to your current levels to see if you are currently under-stocked in high-demand vocations.
Step 1: Access the Report
Log into your Work Truck Solutions dealer portal.
Navigate to the Past Inventory tab in the navigation bar.
Use the Date Picker to select the specific day you want to audit (e.g., the start of Q1 last year) (located in the "Advanced Search" filter
Filter by Body Type: Select specific upfits (Service Body, Box Truck, etc.) to see your historical vocational mix.
Filter by Status: Differentiate between units that were On-Lot versus those that were In-Transit or At Upfitter on that specific date.
Step 2: Export and Analyze
Click the Export button to download the report as a CSV or Excel.
The Sync: Use this exported list to cross-reference with your sales records.
