Setting a Form’s Reassignment Status For Rehires

If you are a seasonal business or one that otherwise rehires former staff, you can set each’s form reassignment status to automatically reassign that form each time you rehire someone. This streamlines the rehiring of each individual staff.

For companies that find themselves rehiring former staff on a regular basis, it’s very common to reassign the same handful of forms to each individual; by enabling this feature on a form-by-form basis for those regularly reassigned forms, a new submission will be automatically requested upon rehire of the staff member.

To apply this setting:

1. To a set a form reassignment status, simply go to a form’s “Edit Form” page by clicking “Onboarding” at the top, then “Forms” on the left, and then “Edit Form” for the form in question:

2. Once on the form’s “Edit” page, scroll to the bottom and check the box to request a new submission of this form upon rehire. Then click 'save'.

And simply allow your default reassignment settings to take effect!
