Including Videos in WorkBright

Can I insert a video in WorkBright for my new hires to watch?

Yes, you can embed a video in a WorkBright form for your employee’s to view.

First you will navigate to the form you want to add a video to and edit the form.

In the "Instructions for Staff" or ‘Body’ section of your form, click on the ‘video’ button and paste the link to your video.

Your video will now show up in WorkBright for your employees to watch directly in the app.

You can also embed a unique link for employee’s to navigate to. In the "Instructions for Staff" or ‘Body’ section of your form, click on the ‘link’ button and paste the link to your video/outside website here.

This will display the link in the app as well.

Important things to note:

  • This is still considered a form

  • Assign to any groups as necessary

  • Choose any deadlines or none

  • A WorkBright recommendation would be to uncheck the "All submissions for this MUST be reviewed in the inbox

    • That way you aren't having to approve that employees watched the video

  • Choosing “None” for Form Body; this will present the form to the employee without an associated document like a tax form or offer letter.

    • You can choose to add a PDF if you would like, if the PDF is fillable, please make sure that you submit the PDF directly to our Forms Team by using our Forms Collection Site so that the team can ensure it's usability within WorkBright.

  • Choosing “Acknowledgment” for Employee Submits; this will ensure that the employee is NOT expected to sign a document or upload anything to complete the form.

    • If you did include a PDF and and wish for your employees to sign, please make sure that you have 3/4 of the lower last page available, as this is where the generic WorkBright signature is placed. If you need the signature to be mapped somewhere specific, you'll want to submit to our Forms Team.
