Do I need to have my company address in the Employee Form I-9?
Yes! This is a requirement to ensure that your employees Form I-9 is compliant.
Below is an example of a Form I-9 where the company address is blank:
Can I pre-populate it (The Company Address) so that I don't have to type it in every time?
Yes you can. The business name and address will be pre-populated by completing your company profile. You can find this under ‘Settings’ in “Company Profile”.
Once the information is filled out it will pre-populate in your employee’s Form I-9 moving forward.

What if my company has multiple addresses?
Your WorkBright account can only pre-populate one address from whatever is entered under Company Profile. If you have multiple addresses, it is best to use multiple subdomains. Please reach out to your Account Manager to learn more about how to set this up.
