Welcome!

Now that you have successfully signed up, let's try some actions to familiarize yourself with Workgroups DaVinci.

• First, let's add some of your teammates to Workgroups DaVinci. Remember, there are three distinct user types (admin, user, and collaborator), and each have different permissions.

Project types allow you to categorize your work, as well as collect conditional information based on the type of project. It's a good idea to create a few project types before allowing users to create projects.

Forms are a customized set of fields that users fill out when creating or requesting projects. Forms provide consistency in information collected for similar projects. So let's create some forms!

• Now that we have some users in the system, let's create a request. Requests are generally created by collaborators, but users, and admins can submit them as well. Once a request is submitted, a request reviewer needs to review and approve the request before it becomes a project.

• Once a request has been approved, it becomes a project. Additionally, users and admins can also create projects on the fly.

• Next, we will create a proof. If you have Workgroups DaVinci Pro, you are also able to create a proof within a project.

• Finally, let's create some tasks and workflows!

You're all set! Now go and explore the world of Workgroups!
