• Select or upload a profile picture that reflects you

• Finalize your display identity in the Woveo ecosystem

📝 Step 2: Consent & Disclaimer
Before you share any data, you’ll be prompted to review and sign our data disclaimer. This is your agreement that:
• You consent to the use of your information solely for identity verification
• Your data is protected within the WolfViewer ecosystem
• No member or group will have access to your personal data
Woveo partners with Cognito Verification Services, a trusted third-party provider, to ensure your personal data is encrypted, securely processed, and never stored by Woveo outside the verification flow.
This will trigger the handoff to Cognito’s verification services to the next screen
📱 Step 3: Canadian Cell Phone Verification
To begin the verification process, you’ll be asked to enter your Canadian cell phone number.
You will receive a text message with a 6-digit verification code. Enter this code in the app to proceed.
🏠 Step 4: Address and Birthdate
You will then be asked to provide your:
• City
• Province
• Postal Code
• Date of Birth
This allows us to confirm your residency and ensure alignment with your identity documents.
⚠️ What Happens If There’s an Issue?
If your automated verification fails, a secondary manual process will begin. In this fallback process, you may be asked to:
• Upload a clear photo of your government-issued ID
• Take and submit a selfie photo for face-match comparison
These extra steps reinforce the individuality and confidentiality of your account while keeping the process secure and member-friendly.
📸 Tips for Successful Verification
To ensure your documents and selfies are accepted:

• ✅ Make sure your ID is clearly visible with no glare or blur
• ✅ Face the camera directly and avoid hats or sunglasses
• ✅ Ensure the background is not too bright or distracting

Once all steps are completed and approved, you’ll receive a notification confirming your account has been successfully verified.
