Yes, you can edit a proposal after submitting it:
Go to your Talent Dashboard.
Navigate to the Projects tab.
Click on the Proposing section to view all proposals that are in progress.
Find the proposal you want to update and click Step 1. Review Project Brief to edit.
Note that the client may have already seen the initial proposal but will be notified of any updates.
